If you’re happy with the estimate, a final inspection can be arranged. Once the valuation is confirmed, the loan agreement is completed and funds are transferred directly to your bank account.

For developers, we arrange Exit Loans, giving you breathing space to sell completed projects, repay development loans, and release equity for your next opportunity. These are typically available up to 75% of GDV and run for up to 18 months, provided the scheme has reached practical completion.
